Radon in Virginia
Virginia maintains a list of certified radon professionals who are certified through the National Radon Safety Board (NRSB) or the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP).
The PHII 16-hour Radon Measurement Course has been approved by both NRSB and NRPP for initial certification requirements. If you are interested in expanding your business to offer radon testing for your clients, you can begin by taking the PHII Radon Measurement course.
When you have completed the course, you will be provided with information on how to register for the NRPP or NRSB exam. Both organizations require that you complete an approved radon measurement course as a condition of pre-certification, pass their certification exam, and maintain your certification through continuing education.
Note: NRPP and NRSB have also approved our Radon Measurement Course for 16 Hours of Continuing Education.
